Positions Available

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are a small, tight-knit team looking for someone to share some laughs and take initiative in creating new looks and feels for our campaigns. Other parts of the job will include social media content, website design, deck designs for presentations, promotional assets for a variety of clients, as well as internally for the agency. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating and doesn’t need a lot of art direction.

This is a permanent, full-time, in-office position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : (some but not limited to the below)

Be flexible and dependable in a fast-paced, busy work environment.
Be able to work independently and cooperatively with team members.
Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop)
Proficient in video editing/ splicing
Strong design skills, comfortable taking an idea from concept to execution
Have a strong visual sense with an understanding of photo and design principles for mobile, web, and social media content
Know how to optimize for marketing performance and be aware of marketing trends
consistently research, identify and share current industry design trends
Design content in various mediums/formats such as static designs using imagery and/or typography, gifs, and illustrations for branding, website design, user interface designs as well as promotional assets for the agency

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ Years of Experience as a Graphic Designer, Preferably for an Advertising Agency, Design Firm, In-House Creative Department or Degree Equivalent
Knowledgeable in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Rush, iMovie, etc.
Strong layout skills focused on spacing and hierarchy of type and image combinations
Multitasker Who Can Manage Their Time Efficiently
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
Self-starter & Continual Learner
Strong Problem Solving, Time & Task Management, & Critical Thinking Skills

It takes a whole team to run successful campaigns so we’re looking for someone who is organized, creative and data-driven. The DMS will be part of a team responsible for developing and executing Facebook, Instagram & Google ad campaigns for our clients.

Permanent, full-time, in-office position.

What You’ll Do:

Track and analyze metrics to review campaign performance
Identify new opportunities to optimize campaigns with copy, creatives, keywords etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop new strategies for growth
Bi-weekly client check ins over the phone or Zoom
Provide excellent customer support
Think outside the box

The Team

Business Development Team

Our Business Development Team is responsible for expanding our reach, as a company, into new markets. As they identify and target new opportunities, they'll pair the needs of each business with our services to establish long-lasting mutually beneficial partnerships.

Strategy and Development Team

Our Strategy and Development Team is solely responsible for ensuring that campaign strategies are being implemented effectively. They look through every campaign, ad set and all the way down to each individual ad to make sure we're utilizing the best assets to generate leads.

Digital Marketing Specialists

Each account is assigned a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to help every step of the way. They are available for regular performance updates, new ideas or just to talk about the weather.

Tech Services Team

On the back-end, our Tech Services team works on setting up and maintaining all account integrations. This includes ad account access, landing pages, website development and CRM integration.

Creative Team

We want to understand the look, feel and voice of the brand. After reviewing the Brand Guide and any assets, our team will build out sample ads, landing pages etc. to send to you for approval.
